Can the comments field appear in search?

I've uploaded a ton of journals and am slowly adding Table of Contents to the "comments field. You can see the ToC in the full record but it doesn't appear on the search page. Is there any way to have the comments field appear on the search?

Do you mean in your own catalog? You can use "search your library" and limit the search to "comments".

If you mean a site search, then, no.

Sorry I should have given an example. Here is a search I did of the catalog https://www.librarycat.org/lib/OlympiaBonsaiClub/search/text/maple . If you open any of the journal records you will find the word "maple" in the comments section. I was hoping you could see the content in the comments section on the page linked above. Prob not possible but figured I would ask.

>2 lilithcat: This post is in the TinyCat Group. (I missed that detail myself last week, only reason I mention it.)

>3 nonob: Unfortunately, you cannot include comments on search pages. You can include them on book/detail pages and you can search them within the catalog, but they are not for display on search pages. Sorry for the trouble.
