I haven't read these since I was the appropriate age for them, so I wanted to refresh my memory and see if they're as good as I remembered. It's much shorter--quicker--than I remembered, so the story isn't quite as well-developed as in some other MG mysteries. Nevertheless, the series is still enjoyable, especially since the kids seem like real kids, instead of polished, perfect kids. ( )
