I was very impressed by this book and how thorough and loving Lita was, with every aspect of the art of channeling laid out in such a simple and easy to understand manner. As a channeler myself I could appreciate the way she was able to teach and demystify the beauty and great good that can come from this actually simple art of pulling in divine information from spiritual and enlightened beings from other planes and dimensions.
She explains the process of working with energy, what you can expect, some of the basic positions and suggestions that can help with your channeling sessions, and with your spiritual development and well being in general. There is channeled information and experiences included in this book from Ortan and Shalaya the guides that Lita channels.
I have been so honored to be able to channel information through special Guides and Angels and I am very appreciative to this author for presenting the material in such a loving and caring way. Thanks Lita
