Whether or not you are attracted to the recipes, this book has major problems. It would be very hard to cook from, as the ingredients are several pages away from the rest of the recipe. The English is printed in a light orange that is hard to see. Whoever created the English texts has a very poor command of the language. For example: "The day before, pickle saffron threads in 100 ml rose water."

I found the recipes very complicated, and they were trying too hard to be 'gourmet'. Glad this one belongs to the library. They can have it back.… (més)
