Vegan Meals for One or Two: Your Own Personal Recipes de Nancy Berkoff
No pictures whatsoever, which does not inspire this visual thinker. The instructions for the recipes are very brief, and in many cases leave some details to be desired. But then, I'm fairly new to cooking. Overall, I didn't find it very useful.
