Dear Hartley may be a book of personal letters for author, mother, and TV host Jedediah Hartley, but these missives speak to any mother’s heart. I can place myself speaking to my own son, daughter, or grandchild. The wonderful lessons, intentions, views, thoughts, and even mistakes showcased here are universal. We all want the best for our little ones. We want them to contribute to the world, be kind, and of good character. And we want the world to treat them well in return.

I love how each of the 52 chapters display something I hold dear in my own life and heart. They promote doing better for ourselves, showing empathy and respect for others, learning from our mistakes, and discovering how to make the world a better place overall.

If I had to describe this book in one word, it would be inspiration. I find an enormous amount of vision in this potent book. Highly recommended.
