Thank goodness it was short, or I wouldn't have bothered to finish. This woman has written literally dozens of books so I shouldn't have expected anything other than a formula-driven bit of instantly forgettable rubbish.

Interesting, Hard to Put Down

This novel, is a suspense-filled, fictional Police / FBI novel. The main protagonist is a strong woman who served in the military in the Middle East. Kidnapping, torture and assault, and murder are not bloody or sexual. We think there is a serial killer. Mild language. It is a good read
