I was asked to review this book by www.librarything.com. I have had a difficult year death of a close one, difficulties with a job and then a new one. So life this year has been emotional.

I decided to read this book and actually make this a mission of mine too. So I tacked my beliefs too I too did this for 30 days, but focused more on manifestations rather than fiances as this was not a huge issue for me in my life at that time. The fact that something is down on paper makes you sit up and think and for me it was about trying to get things in order when literally someone was digging a hole and burying me in it.

This is an amazing little book everyone should read! Most people forget, if they ever really embraced the concept, that the only person who can change their circumstance is themselves. Here the author gives us an intimate account of her own journey to self worth while holding up a mirror for the reader to gaze in. Did I see myself? Yes but I came away encouraged to treat myself with the same love and devotion I share with others knowing that I will be better for the experience. I will use this simple tool. Thank you, Mary!
