Jeremy Chance started his training as a teacher in London in 1976. Since that time, he has established himself as an internationally known and respected teacher of the Alexander Technique. In 2005 he founded his company, BodyChance, which now runs the largest Alexander Technique teacher education mostra'n més college in the world, with studios in Tokyo and Osaka. Jeremy currently: divides his time between Australia, where his two daughters live, and Japan, where BodyChance currently operates. mostra'n menys

The Alexander Technique de Jeremy Chance
Jeremy Chance has been involved with the Alexander Technique for over 20 years and has been editing the international Alexander journal Direction for the past fifteen years. He has written articles about the Alexander Techniques for a wide range of journals and magazines. He is currently running a teacher training programme in Japan, where he lives with his wife, also a teacher, and daughter.

The Alexander Technique...allows release of unnecessary muscle tension through increased body awareness.
