Zakka Style is a book of craft projects in the Japanese Zakka or patchwork style. There is a good range of projects in this book from simple to more complex, and the instructions are pretty easy to follow. I would not recommend getting this book in Kindle format as it is a bit hard to follow the diagrams and patterns and instructions in that format.

Another craft book from which I want to make nearly every project. I love the designs, and many of them use linen.

Paperback - I loved reading this book - looking at the beautiful pictures and learning a bit more about linen. But none of the projects really inspired me.

This book is full of fantastic/adorable projects, ranging from the very quick to the rather involved. The instruction is adequate for even a beginning sewer-- my first ever quilt (a success!) was taken from this book. One criticism: virtually every project in the book uses linen, which isn't the easiest fabric to sew. No one ever said you yourself have to use linen, though, so ultimately it's a small complaint.
