WARNING!!! My rating is based on the podcast reading of this 'book' (My Dad Wrote a Porno is the title) (available where ever you get podcasts, I'm sure), not the hardcover or the actual original book. The book Belinda Blinked [bc:Belinda Blinked 1|30687532|Belinda Blinked 1|Rocky Flintstone|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1466507245s/30687532.jpg|47433374] is pretty much trash but the reactions of the son of the author and his two friends as they are reading it are absolutely delightful and definitely worth a listen. (I'm also a bit of an Anglophile so all the British slang was especially fun.) You too can learn about the nipples of various female characters: Get Belinda some Tiger Balm for her nipples for the love of all that is good!! The Duchess has nipples the size of rivets on the Titanic! Tears of laughter. Honestly, I may have to buy the Kindle edition of Belinda Blinked because good or terrible, I got a lot of giggles out of the book and Rocky is clearly a fantastically good sport.… (més)
This was an interesting read! I loved the format: the book is actually the "Porno" with the author's editing and snarky comments 'handwritten' across the entire manuscript! It was an absolute pleasure (not like THAT, you perv!) to be included and become immersed in how the author coped with his Dad's weird publishing adventure. It was like realizing that DAD JOKES aren't as bad as we remembered. HUMOR to the MAX! My thanks to Gallery Books for this fabulous GOODREADS giveaway win!

I was a bit afraid that because I listen to the podcast that the book would not contain anything new. And maybe some things overlap but I had just as much fun reading the story with all the comments scribbled in.
I couldn't read it in one sitting because it's not that kind of book. Too much and I would stop enjoying myself.
Also reading it out loud to someone else really makes it better! Who knew..
