Villains & Vigilantes, Revised Edition de Jeff Dee
The second (and slightly more successful) superhero RPG released. Long superseded by better systems, it still has a fan base.
A nice introductory adventure for any superheroic campaign. It could have used more campaign info and more recommendations on GMing, but back in the early 1980s, the dawn of gaming, these features were unheard of.
One of my favorite gaming adventures, F.O.R.C.E. is for the Villains & Vigilantes system. The villain behind all the mayhem is well-designed and always sparked further machinations in my mind.
