Phil S. Dixon

Phil S. Dixon has researched African American baseball for more than thirty-five years. He has written numerous books on the subject and won the prestigious Casey Award for the Best Baseball Book of the Year. He has appeared on PBS, C-SPAN, BET, Fox Sports, National Public Radio, SiriusXM Radio, mostra'n més and other national broadcast media. Dixon is co-founder of the Negro League Baseball Museum in Kansas City, and currently serves on its advisory board.
