This seventy-two page book is for those who are serious about "Praying the Liturgy of The Hours" (LOTH). The premise is that praying the Hours is perpetually is not easy over the long term. Review by Allister Xavier Jan 23 2018.

Genre: young adult and up.Anyone trying to discern - great for big and small discernment choices.

Many books have been written by Fr Gallagher.
Recommend. He writes clearly and explains very well; in a practical way.

This book helps you discern when choices are needed; and both choices are good.
It teaches you preparation: dispose to be able to hear God. Reminding us: Know that God loves You; to Trust Him.
There are certain ways to discern: 1) Grace of God: i) Clarity beyond doubt. ii) If you are not sure, pray to God. iii) Spiritual consolation (you have peace); or desolation (restless); iv) list of pros and cons.

Recommend to have a spiritual director.
