What I love about this book is that it is the first five-star treatment, showcasing seaweeds: clothbound hardcover with a jacket, glossy paper, full-color photography, foodstyling, the works.
I wish this book had a colophon. I would love to know more about its design.
(Previously, seaweeds showed up in homly one- and two-color pamplets, or didn't even merit their own book, instead being relegated to a chapter or even just the glossary.)
