Hacking with Swift de Paul Hudson
Hacking with Swift is a book containing several projects, intending to yeah Swift by way of practice. Paul's philosophy is to not waste time in sharpening one's pencils when one should instead be doing. The writing is excellent, the projects are organized to build on one another. Paul alter alternates between app, game and technique in the projects. I wholeheartedly recommend HWS, as well as Pro Swift (an advanced Swift book), and really Anything that Paul authors. If you buy the book, you also get a guide book, as well as a tips and tricks sheet.… (més)
Contains a load of information but is organized poorly with an inadequate index--si it's a "reference", not a "quick reference". Falls way short of what I expect from O'Reilly "Nutshell" books.
Too advanced for a typical home PC user who wants their computer to do what they want instead of accepting what the Operating System vendor thinks you want.
