Boys Be… was a decent little read. Short on plot long on relationships. This volume composed of six short stories from the point of view of six boys and their relationships with women. The stories were varied from the enjoyable story of Yamada and his love for a girl who is taller then him, to the weird story of Ishikawa, where the girl he likes takes to cosplaying and showing her panties to every one at a convention all to get the boy.

The stories are well paced and easy to follow but are all to short. Once you start getting a feel for the characters, it’s on to the next story with all new characters. A few of the stories leave you asking then what?

The art is smooth but not that remarkable. There is a little bit of fan service thrown in with each story and only minor nudity, mostly underwear, in a few. No really outrages cursing or violence.

Overall this is a good read if you don’t feel like getting entangled in plot and would just like some nice artwork.… (més)
