The Apocrypha (Epworth Commentaries) de Ivor H. Jones
The deSilva book and this one are my top two picks for studying and/or teaching about the Apocrypha. This one is the most pastoral of all the commentaries I've read. It provides a good introduction with each book getting a brief bio and the thematic/verse by verse commentary.
