Geshe Gyasto teaches that the primary root of all human problems is a feeling that one's happiness is more important than the happiness of others. When we don't feel that the world is providing us with the happiness we want, we get angry — and anger is a dangerous emotion, capable of destroying a lifetime of "merit" and the benefits we have received from our positive actions. So how do we learn to overcome anger and the suffering and unhappiness it causes? Kadam Michelle hosts a Q&A and discussion on how to develop a mind of patience and acceptance.
