Thirty five years later the author wrote a book (1999) on securitization, an interesting continuation of a book that was written, not as a critique but a facts based book for those in the Savings and Loan business which at the time was a local source for financing homes and managing citizens savings. Excellent statistics and tables and a good history of what at first was a straightforward local business. I seem to have the only Library Thing copy which seems remarkable.
