This book was my favorite thing to read as well as quite possibly every little girls favorite book when I was younger. growing up, as a little girl, I loved anything Disney princess. We all know the story of Cinderella and her wicked step mother and how she was forbidden to go to the ball. The theme of this story is that, you can't let someone stand in the way of following your dreams and living life. Another theme could be positivity. Through all her trials, Cinderella remained positive through it all. Cinderella wasn't able to maintain positivity all by herself, though, she had the help of all the creatures in her house. No matter how small or tiny, they were able to help Cinderella build up the strength and courage to stand up to her step mother and escape her wicked ways and neglect. Although many movies have been made based off of this story, they will never compare to the original version I read as a child.… (més)
