You better already have patience when you pick up this book. It is overly long. It follows the typical pattern found in a Boys Town book. It presents a problem, tells you how to cope with the problem, and gives three examples of what could happen and what one could do. The lesson is fine, it works, but the story is way way way too long. I realize the books about practicing patience and waiting for the next thing but you have so many antsy pants in story time. I just don’t think this one would work. It could work for a classroom setting or at home but in general get a better editor or change up your formula.… (més)
