This is a great book for young students who have learned to count to 10.
The book is about 10 hippos that are performing on a stage and everytime something happens to one of them, reducing the number of hippos on stage by 1 every time. At the end the last hippo calls for all of her friends to come join the final dance and they all come out again.

This book is a great way to keep children involved in the reading. They can count with you down from 10 - 1.
