Paul McIlhenny (1944–2013)

Quick impressions: an entry in the genre of corporate brand cookbooks, in this case the often popular Tabasco sauce. We always keep one of their bottles on hand at our house, and I am sure many folks do as well. In addition to various Southern recipes, book also offers some interesting trivia and history of this family owned company, plus some nice photos. If you like the brand, you may feel inspired to try a recipe or two here, or maybe visit Avery Island down the road.
