In our eternal search for health, the whole-food, plant-based nutrition revolution has inspired thousands to transform their diets and their lives. Forks Over Knives is a leading authority in this “food as medicine” movement, showing how simple dietary changes are proven to prevent – and even reverse – chronic disease such as type 2 diabetes and heart disease, as well as improve overall health. But putting good eating habits into place is no easy task; many of us don’t even really know where to begin. That’s where Alona Pulde and Matthew Lederman can help. Their new book provides a clear, easy-to-follow plan that will help you cut out animal-based and processed foods over four weeks.
