Chef Irv Miller has been working along the Florida Panhandle and writing about the foods of the Gulf Coast for three decades. He has written food columns for a number of newspapers and hosted the PBS show Flavors of the Coast. Chef Irv is the executive chef at Jackson's Steakhouse in Pensacola.
