I have never been much of a baker so I was hesitant to get very excited about these recipes. I am, however, glad I gave them a try. With the exception of a couple less than ideal outcomes (attributable to the baker, not the book) I am now comfortable baking some of these loaves. I am not gluten sensitive and have not given up gluten, so the need for these specific recipes will arise mostly when entertaining friends who need these. One of my friends has already used a couple of these and now swears by them.… (més)
