Handweaving is a comprehensive book written for the inexperienced as well as the advanced weaver containing 125 designs for handweaving, 90 of which are shown in full color. Designs include all types of fabrics for the home from curtains to rugs. Other patterns include tweeds and worsted fashion fabric designs. Full weaving instructins, and an actual size photograph of the fabric is given w/every pattern. Patterns are mostly for 4 harness looms. There are also 2, 6 and 8 harness weaves, and it is explained how many of the 4 harness weaves can be woven on a 2 harness loom.… (més)
