despite the price, I finally got my hands on an iconic critique of early Gran Prix cars by an author who understood the technology and the racing culture of the times. OK', I admit I didn't understand every thing L. P. described, but it is a challenge I happily accepted and will gladly go back and give it another go. It is an engineering text and I think dictionary would help, but so would being able to think like an engineer. Still an enlightening text and I thoroughly enjoyed the read and felt informed on a subject of great interest to me.… (més)
