A future where rebellion, violence, microchip control, ad plague are common place.
A futuristic view of the evolution of Earth. World Government of Earth, better known as the W.G.E. is the one and only controlling factor. A place where food is no longer needed, but still enjoyed from time to time. Where sleep is no longer a requirement for the bodies rejuvenation. A place where everything is controlled.
No matter where you live there are people who just will not conform. They live on the edge fighting and surviving under the government’s radar. Waiting to make things right, to truly be free to choose once again. They are waiting for David.
Eric Ponvelle creates a world beyond our imagination. He used his own unique thought and style to build a culture that is completely realistic in our minds if we could just let ourselves go there. Non stop action will make the pages fly past without notice, and suddenly the book is finished, and your left breathless.
Although completely outside of my genres I was completely enthralled. I have to wonder where the ideas are first born, and put on paper in such a way that you feel anything is possible. I look forward to more from Ponvelle. A brilliant talent. Bravo!!!
