This is a wonderful middle grades book about mental health concerns. It is woven into the plot line and a fun read too.

Kat Greene is a fun character in an engaging book. I read "Kat Greene Comes Clean" straight through and was never bored. I may have been missing some of the nuances because I have not read "Harriet the Spy" but I still enjoyed it overall. Kat has to work on a project for school that involves "Harriet the Spy". While working on this she needs to work on her relationship with her mother and her best friend.
