I love the idea, the settings, and the characters. I enjoy the language, too: modern but no foul language, which is a great plus in my book!

I really need to know how the story goes on now.

I listened to the audio book, too, and the narrator reads very fast, which is something I'm not fond of, as it makes me feel as if there is a race to be won. However, she reads with great passion, so all the emotions come across very convincingly, which is fantastic! Thankfully, I was able to slow down the speed in my mp3 player, so then it was just perfect!… (més)

This is the second book of the Neverwar trilogy, and the story goes on just as fascinating as before. It's hard to tell whether somebody who hasn't read or listened to the first volume would understand what it is all about, but I guess they'd have trouble, and that's why I didn't rate it five stars.

I love the language, and it is fluently written, with remarkable characters. Like before, Katie Welburn narrates in a passionate way, so all emotions come across brilliantly and convincingly. I'm even slowly getting used to her fast paced reading. :)

In the final sequel, we meet our known and beloved heroes again, as well as some new ones. Only if all races from all timelines and realities pull together, they have a chance of ending this war.

Once again, we're taken on a journey through time and space, with elves, dragons, soulless monsters and heroes from earth. I enjoyed the combination of scifi and fantasy, I loved the style and the language, and above all, I thoroughly enjoyed Katie Welburn's narration. I struggled with her pace in the previous books, but I got used to it by now, and, to be honest, it perfectly matches the pace of the story, which is fast-paced after all, without neglecting character development or an engaging plot.
Again, the narrator convinces by an emotional narration, without overdoing it.
A thoroughly enjoyable finale to the series.… (més)
