R. U. Slime

This book freaked me out even more than the actual Goosebumps books.

This book is a very interesting book because it is a little scary and a little bit of a mystery. D.J. was getting calls from Mr. Neborcrackers house when he was at the hospital. It was scary because the house comes alive and chases people and steals little kids toys, balls ect. Finally at the end Mr. Neborcracker gives the toys back to the rightful owners! The book was great to read and one of my favorites!

Another ultra-gross parody of Goosebumps. Although this book takes its title and number from Say Cheese and Die, the concept is actually closer to Monster Blood. Basically the main character's grandfather created a monster cheese that keeps growing, becomes evil, and eats people. The main character saves the day by destroying it via puke. It gets grosser.

The two Gooflumps parodies of Goosebumps take all the bad features of Goosebumps to a new level- the characters are ultra annoying and the books are downright gross. In this one aliens attempt to takeover the world via the toilet, but are stopped by the main character. The overall concept (especially things about the cover) parodies Goosebumps, but overall this is more of a story in its own right. The about the author is worth a read.
