Jim Smithson

After an initial couple of years teaching in West Yorkshire, Jim Smithson moved to Germany to teach in the British Forces' schools there. He has always had a keen interest in military history, visiting the battlefields of the First and Second World Wars as much as possible. Working as a battlefield mostra'n més guide on the Western Front has allowed Jim to share his enthusiasm with others, something he loves doing.
