Sonia Stevenson was the first woman chef in the UK to be awarded a Michelin star. She is an Honorary Vice President of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and a Chef Laureate of the British Academy of Gastronomes. Now retired from the restaurant business, she teaches enormously popular cooking mostra'n més courses in Britain and Europe Martin Brigdale has been a food photographer for twenty years.
