This is the only customer service and experience book on the list. I like it because it is a practical guide with ideas, tactics and strategies help any business create a better customer experience. As I said in my testimonial about the book, if all you do is get one great idea from a book, the payoff is exponential. This book has 68 ideas, and I’m sure at least one of them will work for you.
