In three instances He promises to come and deliver His faithful from persectuion, and in three He threatens to come and judge the unfaithful. In all six His coming is imminent, whether for deliverance or for judgemtn. The only way this can happen is for the deliverance -- the ratpure of the church -- and the judgment -- the beginning of Daniel's sevethieth week -- to occur simultaneously.
Evangelicals have reacted strongly against the conclusions of the Jesus Seminar.

Revelation is a real complex and confusing book to understand, so this "Four View" may help arrange the issues in the minding some kind of order too, at least, give one a fundamental base when interpreting the text.… (més)
