In honor of Europe Day, which occurred on May 9th, our May List of the Month is devoted to contemporary EU fiction, written by authors from EU member states, and published subsequent to 1950. Authors must come from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Please only downvote titles that do not fit the geographic and temporal parameters of the list.
