The first business book I ever read (by choice) was "The One Minute Manager" by Ken Blanchard and it changed my life. Another business book author I came to appreciate and emulate was Tom Peters.

My early favorite for fiction was John MacDonald, followed by other famous Florida mystery authors including Randy Wayne White.

Best selling author of 15 books including "The Wild Idea Club" (Career Press, 2009), "Bored Games" (Capital Books, 2009), and "Rock To Riches" (Capital Books, 2008). The 2001 winner of the Theodor S. Geisel Award for the book "Self-Promotion For The Creative Person" (2001, Three Rivers Press).
