- I was born in 1984 and went through the public school system in Springfield. I attended Parkview High School, ran Cross-Country, debated, and eventually earned a Cross Country athletic scholarship. As an undergraduate I studied History and took an interest in Philosophy. I had planned to earn my Ph.D in American History, but a poor job market and extenuating circumstances led to me helping digitize Richard Gephardt’s Congressional Papers. While working on the project I decided to become a Special Librarian. In my spare time I like to run, read, and play around on the Internet.
