Quant a miLongtime member of LT, once very active now somewhat less. I think my library tells you everything you need to know about me... except: I am wife to the best guy in the world, mother of three terrific now-adult children, and Nana to, not one, but three ADORABLE grandchildren!

As of 2019 I am self-declared "retired". I enjoy reading and Ancestry.com . I also sew, quilt; and paint/paper walls, furniture and other things. I like to garden, play in the woods, sing made up songs and laugh out loud (as often as possible). I enjoy baking, travel, museums of all kinds...really this list is endless.

I journal my reading with brief reviews on a joint thread with my husband, dukedom_enough, in the group Club Read 2020 HERE.

I enjoy all kinds and forms of fiction. I'm fascinated not just with story, but also with the art of fiction itself. I enjoy poetry, literary criticism, cultural studies, psychology, art history, New England history, social history, women's studies, some science, nature, contemporary issues...and whatever else might catch my interest at any given time.
