This digital library intends to contribute for the constitution of a VIRTUAL COMMUNITY AROUND COLLABORATIVE E-LEARNING. It is developed by the Teacher of chair 'Digital Libraries and and-learning' and respective students, within a Master of Art untitled 'Artistic Education' (2006-2007), inside FBAUL. Information and learning communities constructed at local or global level or within LibraryThing are invited to participate. For such a purpose, the following tasks will be accomplished.
- RESEARCH OF BIBLIOGRAPHIC SOURCES in the internet, inside the areas of art, education, digital information and knowledge technologies and eventually social and human sciences related with the precedent areas (Use ' Add Books').
- CATALOGUING of information sources (Use ' Your Library' and ' Edit').
- RECONCEPTUALIZING CONTENTS within the areas referred before and their articulation to the respective AUTHORS (Use ' Tags').
- COMMENT contents inside the TEXTS selected by the teacher in a series of 'Readers' or 'Anthology Texts' furnished to pupils (Use ' Edit-Comments ').
- elaborate REVIEWS on those or other texts proposed by students (Use ' Edit-Reviews ').
- ANALYSIS, based on browsing, researching and ordering tasks regarding the sources previously gathered (Use ' Your Library' and ' Search').
- INTERPRETATION, based on reviews, conceptual maps/lists of concepts, thesauri, indexation and on evaluation information sources (Use' Edit-Reviews ', ' Tag Clouds', ' Suggester', ' Your Library-Rating ').

Esta biblioteca digital pretende contribuir para a constituição de uma COMUNIDADE DE APRENDIZAGEM COLABORATIVA, desenvolvida na forma de e-learning, entre o Professor da cadeira 'Bibliotecas Digitais e e-learning' e os respectivos estudantes, no Mestrado 'Educação Artística' (2006-2007) da FBAUL, ou entre estes e comunidades de informação e de aprendizagem construídas a nível local ou global. Para tal, serão realizadas as seguintes tarefas:
- PESQUISA DE FONTES BIBLIOGRÁFICAS na internet, nas áreas da arte, educação, tecnologias digitais da informação e do conhecimento, e eventualmente ciências sociais e humanas relacionadas com s áreas precedentes (Usar 'Add Books').
- CATALOGAÇÃO dessas fontes de informação (Usar 'Your Library' e 'Edit').
- RECONCEPTUALIZAR os CONTEÚDOS nas áreas atrás referidas e articulá-los aos respectivos AUTORES (Usar 'Tags').
- COMENTAR os conteúdos dos TEXTOS selecionados pelo professor nos 'Cadernos de Textos' facultados (Usar 'Edit-Comments').
- elaborar RESUMOS sobre esses ou outros textos a propor pelos estudantes (Usar 'Edit-Reviews').
- ANÁLISE, a partir das tarefas de browsing, pesquisa e ordenação das fontes anteriormente recolhidas (Usar 'Your Library' e 'Search' ).
- INTERPRETAÇÃO, a partir de resumos, esquemas/listas de conceitos ou thesauri, indexação e avaliação das fontes de informação (Usar 'Edit-Reviews', 'Tag Clouds', 'Suggester', 'Your Library-Rating').

Sobre mi

I am a SOCIOLOGIST, within the specialization of Sociology of Culture, Art and Communication. TEACHER in the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon (FBAUL), in these chairs: 'Digital Libraries and and-learning' and 'Art and Digital Technologies'. RESEARCHER in the Center of Studies of Communication and Languages (CECL), in the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Lisbon.
I also make ART, mainly works in acrylic, electronic arts, digital arts and multimedia.
As for LEISURE, I like movies, see art exhibitions, navigate at night with friends to cafés, bars or restaurants, and I adore roasted sheep and goat, cod, beets and ananaz (not necessarily mixed), accompanied with a good red wine.

Sou SOCIÓLOGO, na especialização de Sociologia da Cultura, Arte e Comunicação. PROFESSOR na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa (FBAUL), nas cadeiras 'Bibliotecas Digitais e e-learning' e 'Arte e Novas Tecnologias'. INVESTIGADOR no Centro de Estudos de Comunicação e Linguagens (CECL), da Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade de Lisboa.
Também faço ARTE, principalmente obras em acrílico, artes electrónicas, artes digitais e multimedia.
Quanto a LAZERES, gosto de cinema, ir a exposições de arte, sair à noite com amigos a cafés, bares ou restaurantes, e adoro bacalhau à Brás, carneiro e cabrito assados, beterrabas e ananás (não necessariamente misturados), acompanhados de um bom vinho tinto.
