Quant a miI am a translator (from Slovene and Russian to English), originally from Baltimore, Maryland. My recent translations include Yevgeny Baratynsky, A Science Not for the Earth: Selected Poems and Letters (Ugly Duckling Presse), and Gabriela Babnik, Dry Season, Dušan Šarotar, Panorama, and Mojca Kumerdej, The Harvest of Chronos (all three from Istros Books). Other interests include contemporary art, classical Greece, Russian literature, European history, and Central and Eastern Europe.
