Professor Hutton reads "The Mabinogion"

OBOD have released a CD (in mp3 format) of Professor Ronald Hutton reading and updated verison of the Guest translation of "The Mabinogion". It is available from CD Baby and iTunes.

I am not sure which translation he is reading, but once I do, I will link to the Library Thing book in this post.

Interesting. I won't be able to purchase anything soon, but I'll be curious as to your review of it (once heard).

I've begun pushing the Mabinogion up in my reading queue, but am not familiar with the various translations. This could help me decide whether to simply read the version I own, or seek out another.

Patrick Ford does a good translation, but my favourite is probably the one produced by Sioned Davies, which I found easy to read, as it was more like storytelling.
