I'm looking for memoirs of people who are (super) morbidly obese and/or have compulsive overeating/binge eating disorders. I'm not interested in reading about anorexia or bulimia.

Not sure if this is exactly what you have in mind, but a long time ago I read Shelley Bovey's book, Being Fat Is Not A Sin. In fact, that's probably not quite what you want since she's an activist for acceptance. Still remember it as a refreshing take on things though.
There is also Judith Moore's Fat Girl: A True Story, which could be along the right lines.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Yes, I'm not looking for fat acceptance books. For my health, I have to lose weight and would like to read about other people's struggles with super-obesity and compulsive overeating. I also have plenty of regular non-fiction on the disorder such as Intuitive Eating. I'm looking for personal stories right now.

The hungry years : confessions of a food addict by William Leith
I haven't read it yet (it's on my library list), but I've seen it recommended.
