I have looked everywhere for this book, it seems to be unavailable unless your a lawyer or judge with access to the law libraries. It is call The law of contract in Canada 5 th ed by G H L Fridman. Please contact me if you know how to obtain it

"{O}ne generally needs the most recent edition": It really depends on what you're doing with it. If you're using it as *the* reference, sure; but if you're using it to get a groundwork, you can find relevant cases & then shepherdize.
Anyway, ebay & amazon & other used book retailers often have old law books on them. (Especially casebooks.)
