Basic Lithuanian Grammar

Does anyone have any opinions about Dalija Tekoriene's Lithuanian Basic Grammar and Conversation?

This little book, Lithuanian Basic Grammar and Conversation, offers a historic glimpse of the hard times in which it was published, circa 1990. I bought this book in Vilnius back in 1999 when I was desperate for Lithuanian language materials. The cover appears to made of a cheap brown paper encased in plastic, the pages are thin and the typography appears from an early 20th century printing press. Interestingly, this grammar book has a few out-dated references including rubles and kopecks, which of course have not been Lithuanian currency since the early 1990s. It's actually quite helpful to the intermediate Lithuanian learner, though would be quite daunting for beginners.
