I think I'll go with titles, but reserve the write to stick in an author if I just can't come up with a letter by the end of the year!
To make it more difficult, one of the goals of this year's reading it to read some of the books that are already on my shelves. A difficult discipline when I come home from the library every week with seven or eight books! So I am going to try my best to use this challenge for just books I have.

I had seen the movie The Pelican Brief but had not read the book. I finally decided to read it, just to see how much was changed for the movie and I was happily surprised to find that the movie was extremely close to the book. Many scenes were word for word. A few scenes were deleted, probably for a time factor but did not alter the story and only a couple of major scenes were added, probably for excitement sake, which also did not alter the story. One of the closest book to movie pairings that I have seen in a long time.
