Hey, has anyone made a self writen story of Vampires?

I've got a couple of stories in the outline stage.

im writing 1 right now.

yeah I have been writing a couple. One is finished but I am still in the editing stage and I am wirting another one.

are u gonna publish it?

One of my friends and I are writing a satiric/parodic/generally absurd vampire novel together. I've also got a couple other stories still in the rather beginning stage. At the moment, I'm largely working more on things involving zombies, pirates and ninja. >.> I was toying with the idea of writing something about vampire pirates but I think somebody's already done that.

yes theres a book called vampirates or some thing like that.

I might publish, but I'm not sure. I think it's not worth being published but who knows, it might be one day.

Well when I was forst writing it I hadn't read Twilight or anything. Once I read those books my story sounded too much like it so I had to scrap that one and make a new one. I guess that's why I feel like it's not worthy of being published.

Well I am on this thing called Alternate Universe and I have somethings on there. I was shocked at how people loved what I was writing.

Well it isn't just mine, it's a whole bunch of other people's work too and so if you want to read mine, you'll have to have my pen name on the site and I'm not giving it. Anyways just goggle Alternate Universe-Twilight and it should come up.

11> Anything on FF.N isn't publishable, pretty much. Fictionpress.net is for original work now, and I think you can still publish even after you post something there, but FF.N is all fandom stuff and would violate someone else's copyrights.

I have one very (very very) short vampire story completed but unpublished, another (significantly longer) short story in the works, and a novel that I just finished outlining and have begun to draft. I'm hoping to finish the short story by mid-August, and the first draft of the novel within the next two years or so.

I'm considering signing up for the Nano thing in November. If I do I have a vampire story in mind for that.

Sure, yeah, I've tried. But after writing about 80 pages, I realized that it sounded like, well, a bad vampire novel. Oh, well. At least I got a few good characters out of it that I'm able to recycle into other tales!
