In this article from English PEN, publisher Stefan Tobler describes books that And Other Stories will publish in 2013.

There's the second novel by Juan Pablo Villalobos (author of Down the Rabbit Hole) and a second book by Iosi Havilo (author of Open Door), as well as Captain of the Steppe by Oleg Pavlov (the title most eagerly anticipated by me), All Dogs are Blue by Rodrigo de Souza Leão, and, of course, Deborah Levy's Black Vodka, which subscribers have already received.

Wonderful list with much to look forward to. Here's hoping there's some North American publishing rights in there for at least some of the titles.

I wonder how many of the titles are available in North America?
This seems promising, though: AOS are hunting for a North American publicist. I just went over to their website and spotted this advert:

That might bode well for publishing on both sides of the puddle.
